  • Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda – Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, transfer to your lodge for overnight.
  • Day 2: To Murchison Falls National Park – Travel to the park, with an afternoon hike to the top of the dramatic Murchison Falls.

  • Day 3: Game Drive & Nile Cruise – Morning game drive in the delta and an afternoon boat safari to the base of the Falls.

  • Day 4: To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – Scenic drive south through the Albertine Rift, arriving at your lodge in the evening.

    Trekking is strenuous, involving steep, muddy terrain at high altitude (2,500m+). A good level of fitness is required, and hiring a porter is highly recommended.
  • What is the best time to see the Great Migration?
    The migration is a year-round cycle. The Serengeti portion of this trip offers great wildlife viewing anytime, with the river crossings typically between July and October.
  • Are children allowed on this safari?
    Most lodges welcome children, but there is a strict age limit of 15 years for gorilla trekking.
