Morning: Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. Embark on a scenic drive southwest, with a stop at the Equator for photos and souvenirs.
Afternoon: Continue through rolling hills and terraced landscapes, arriving at the outskirts of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening. Evening: Check into your lodge, enjoy dinner, and receive a briefing about the following day’s epic trek. Morning: After an early breakfast and a packed lunch, proceed to the park headquarters for a comprehensive briefing from the Uganda Wildlife Authority. You will be assigned to a gorilla family and a guide.
The Trek: The adventure begins! Trek into the dense, ancient forest. The duration (1-8 hours) and difficulty vary, but the reward is unparalleled. Upon finding the gorillas, you will spend one full hour observing their behavior.
